This year, the Nojar was obtained from a blend of wines coming from the vinification of Chardonnay, Riesling Renano and Tocai friulano, which were selected and harvested from our vineyards, which are all located in the D.O.C. Colli Orientali del Friuli wine making zone. Just a few days before bottling, the blend is assembled having been fermented and refined in 5 hl French oak barrels, from the Allier region.

Vinification: each of the separate grapes undergo soft pressing, refrigeration, followed by the settling and racking of the cleaned must, then fermentation at a controlled temperature and the addition of selected yeasts which favour the development of the characteristic fragrances.

Organoleptic description of the wine

istraw yellow.

elegant, with apple and fruit, very delicate.

dry, rounded, of apricot and apple, pleasantly vanillaed.

Food pairings

Aperitif, oven-baked fish, shellfish and vegetable based dishes. This wine is best served at a temperature of 10-12 °C.
