This grape variety evolves genetically from Pinot Nero and has reached its maximum expression in our Friulian hills. Of a light yellow colour, it is delicious with hors d’oeuvres and fish. But it is also indicated with soups and boiled meats at a temperature of 10-12°C. Contains sulfites.
